The JF-4-600Ⅱ superconducting magnetic separator for non-metallic minerals shipped overseas this time features a superconducting magnet with a bore diameter of Φ600 mm and a central magnetic field of 5 T. It is currently the largest-bore superconducting magnetic separator in industrial operation in China and internationally;Developed through over ten years of R&D and continuous improvement, the equipment is Jiangsu Jingkai Zhongke’s second-generation superconducting magnetic separator for impurity removal from kaolin. Its performance and reliability have been validated through multiple engineering applications.Since 2017, the company has commissioned more than 20 industrial units in China., used for removing impurities from kaolin for applications including papermaking, architectural ceramics, household ceramics, and fluid catalytic cracking catalysts.The successful export of this unit marks an important milestone in Jiangsu Jingkai Zhongke’s expansion into the international market.
