As a domestic manufacturer specializing in the R&D and production of superconducting high-intensity magnetic separation equipment, Jiangsu Jingkai Zhongke Superconducting High Technology Co., Ltd showcased three models of superconducting high-intensity magnetic separators at the exhibition:JF-4-600 Superconducting Magnetic Separator for Non-metallic Minerals,Vertical Superconducting Slurry Magnetic Separator and Rotating Ring High-Gradient Superconducting Magnetic Separator.These separators are designed for impurity removal in ceramic raw materials, fine purification of semiconductor and new energy materials, as well as impurity removal and efficient enrichment of high-purity quartz sand and non-ferrous metals.

Among them, the JF-4-600 superconducting magnetic separator for non-metallic minerals has seen more than 20 units deployed in kaolin iron removal applications across China since 2017.Since 2022, multiple units of the vertical superconducting slurry magnetic separator and the rotating ring high-gradient superconducting magnetic separator have been deployed in semiconductor raw material purification, high-efficiency impurity removal from quartz sand, and the enrichment of low-grade zinnwaldite.These technologies provide core equipment support for the independent, self-reliant development of the ceramic industry chain, high-quality product refinement, and the production of high-purity materials for semiconductor and new energy applications.
